1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PaddleCircle mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PaddleCircle is a social platform for pickleball players to find games, join groups, track statistics, participate in tournaments, and connect with other players.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use automated means to access the App without permission

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant PaddleCircle a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Participation in games and events organized through the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaddleCircle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
